This programme is designed for a group of up to 10 businesses taken from various sectors.
Overview
The workshop will provide an introduction to the Reluctant Salesman soft sales approach to client acquisition and conversion.
The intention is to promote an attitudinal change within participants to enable them to engage proactively in client
conversations without concern or upset. The workshop will also introduce proactive practical processes to assist in client acquisition.
There will be no role playing, or scripted sections but participants are encouraged to engage fully with the material and ask
questions as they arise.
Content Subjects covered will include:
• Creating a sales focus within any business.
• Distinguishing between marketing and sales.
• Creating a real distinction for any product or service.
• How to apply a reductive approach to selling.
• Identifying the only 3 things that prevent us having ease in sales conversations and how we negate them.
• Creating freedom around pricing
Coaching
In the two weeks following the workshop each participant will be offered two 45 min online coaching sessions with Terry to discuss points that have arisen and any specific challenges they may be facing.
